At Qiom, your satisfaction is our priority. 

We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

What’s Covered

  • Wrong product received
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Size issues
  • Or any other reason—we’ve got you covered.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product should be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer items will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via Instagram or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for exchange (optional).
  3. Our team will arrange an exchange pickup or guide you through the process.

Exchange Options

  • You can select a new size, replacement product, or a different item of equal value.
  • If the item is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit valid for 90 days.

Shipping

  • In any case of wrong/defective/size issues or other, we cover the shipping cost.
  • For other reasons, the return shipping may be borne by the customer.

Note

  • We process exchanges only, no refunds at this time.
  • Qiom reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the policy terms.
