We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
What’s Covered
- Wrong product received
- Defective or damaged item
- Size issues
- Or any other reason—we’ve got you covered.
Conditions for Exchange
- The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Product should be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Used, washed, or damaged by customer items will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via Instagram or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Share your Order ID and reason for exchange (optional).
- Our team will arrange an exchange pickup or guide you through the process.
Exchange Options
- You can select a new size, replacement product, or a different item of equal value.
- If the item is unavailable, you’ll receive a store credit valid for 90 days.
Shipping
- In any case of wrong/defective/size issues or other, we cover the shipping cost.
- For other reasons, the return shipping may be borne by the customer.
Note
- We process exchanges only, no refunds at this time.
- Qiom reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the policy terms.
